[Video] The thoughts of craftsmen as they face manufacturing - painting and inspection process -
At this factory, the sanded parts are inspected and painted.
We consider this inspection to be the final step, and inspect the products with the awareness that there may be scratches or other imperfections. We do not overlook even dents or knots.
However, the wood we deal with is real wood, not wood with a printed pattern on it. Therefore, it is natural for the wood to have knots.
Knots do not mean the tree is defective; they are proof that the tree was once alive - it means it is real wood.
We need to communicate the characteristics of this tree more clearly in the future, so we will do so on another occasion.
