If you use balans Easy or balans Synergy for 90 days and are not satisfied with the product's effectiveness, we will refund the full purchase price in accordance with the following regulations.

●Return shipping due
Please return the product within 90 days of receiving it.
●When returning an item, please also return any enclosed items such as instruction manuals, and any gifts received as part of a campaign, etc.

●Refund amount
The full purchase price of the item
We will refund the same amount as the amount we charged you when you purchased the item. (If you paid for shipping when you purchased the item, we will also refund the shipping cost.
