At this factory, the crossbars (Balance Easy parts) that arrive in the form of square lumber are shaped, the corners are rounded off with a file, and holes are drilled for assembly.
The uniquely shaped legs of the Balance Easy chair are already in a certain shape when they arrive at our factory, but after the handiwork here, they feel completely different when they are shipped!
There are many different types of file, and by repeatedly smoothing it, it becomes very smooth to the touch. When I took the photo, I touched it before and after sanding, and it was completely different!! The corners had become smooth and gone.
