[Video] The thoughts of craftsmen as they face manufacturing - cutting, sewing, and tacking processes -
At this factory, we cut the fabric, sew, and use tackers to attach the fabric to the boards.
The fabric for the seat and knees is cut from a very large piece of fabric, and the cutting position of the fabric is adjusted in millimeters to minimize waste.
Then, the fabric is sewn together one by one with a sewing machine, and the completed cover is attached to the seat by a process called tucking. The tucking is done quite firmly, so it is not easy to remove.
Our products are made with the assumption that they will be used for a long time, so we carefully hammer each strand in firmly to prevent them from falling off.
During the shoot, we delivered the customer's voice to the craftsman who has been involved in manufacturing for many years but rarely has the opportunity to hear from the customer. Please watch the video to see what happened and the craftsman's desire to finish the product as well as his desire for the customer!
