However, we respect Hans' inspiration and ideas first, and while taking into account the opinions of our customers, we continue to steadily narrow down the items that need to be investigated and conduct research to scientifically verify the importance of the invention. We are working as partners to research and develop products that are more effective and improve the products to make them more pleasing to customers.
