About Returns and Cancellations

We do not accept returns, so please carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.

We cannot accept order cancellations or returns in the following cases:
・Order cancellations due to customer's personal reasons
・Returns because the delivered product is different from what you imagined
・Product color differs from what you saw on your computer
Please note that colors displayed on your computer may vary depending on your monitor's performance and settings.

In Case of Incorrect or Defective Products Delivered

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us by email or phone within 3 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange for a replacement.
When we send the replacement product, we will include a prepaid return shipping label. Please use this label to return the incorrect or defective item to us.
Our staff carefully inspect and pack all products before shipping, but if there is any mistake or defect, we will respond promptly.
However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, or have scratches, stains, or signs of use caused by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

About the 90-Day Full Refund Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the effectiveness of balans Synergy even after using it for 90 days, we will refund the full purchase price according to our policy.
