Special Selection

Winner of the Manazashi Photo Club 4th Period Photo Contest "Hikari"
My usual walk on holidays.
My brothers, who had been playing behind me, slipped right past me and into the light in a flash.

They are always dazzling.

Is it because I feel sentimental about how much I've grown, or is it simply because it's dazzling?
I narrow my eyes.

At the same time, I quietly and silently released the shutter.

The two of them look like they are in the spotlight on a stage, illuminated by a strong light. The older brother is powerful as he kicks the ground, and the younger brother is brave and tries his best to keep up, which I find dazzling. The photographer's thoughts watching over the two of them are beautifully synchronized with the scenery. The children are like light itself. This photo is a perfect example of the phrase, "They are always dazzling."
