Special Selection "Engraved in My Heart"

Manazashi Photo Club First Period Photo Contest "Manazashi" Grand Prize
The photos I like are ones that take a step back.
However, the photos I can take right now are close-up shots.
I didn't really like that until I joined the photo club.
I wanted to take better photos.

Of course, I still aim to take cool photos,
While working in the photo club,
This is the distance between me and my daughters now.
I was able to acknowledge my own gaze and realize that this is the moment I should take the photo.
I love how cute and dangerous the children are,
I guess I just can't leave.
I began to think that that's also a good thing!

And the current sense of distance and gaze
I wanted to tell my daughters.
Not just in words, but in pictures.

It was my first time taking a selfie using a tripod.
I wanted to take the picture with an old lens, so I set the f-number a little higher so that it would be easier to focus.
A composition with flare, an angle that doesn't overexpose the image, what is it that I want to convey? How I look at my children.
I worked hard, cramming all the knowledge I had learned in the photo club.
I had fun taking photos with the kids who came up to me and started to play around.
it was fun!

Once again, I was reminded of the gazes of my children, who cannot stay still and who jump at me unconditionally with smiles on their faces.
It's my irreplaceable treasure.
And I would be happy if my feelings could be conveyed to the children, even just a little.

I worked hard to cram everything I've learned over the past three months. First of all, I'm grateful for those words. I'm also very happy to hear that you acknowledged yourself and seemed to enjoy it. I want to convey that gaze. That feeling is wonderful. I would like to take a photo like that too. I think Yoshie's feelings and gaze will remain in the photo. I think it will be a happy photo for the children. Thank you for your realization.
