Special Selection: "To You Who Grow Day by Day"

Manazashi Photo Club First Period Photo Contest "Manazashi" Grand Prize
One day, when you went to a park for the first time and found a slide, your eyes lit up, and you ran off.

About six months ago you were still unsteady at walking and afraid of slides, so you could only lie face down and slide feet first, but recently you can slide down normally.

but,,,.
The slide we went down this time was a different size than the ones we usually go down.

I tried to persuade you to stop because it was dangerous, but once you made up your mind, you started climbing the stairs without listening to my opinion at all.
I got behind you to keep you from falling.
When you reached the top of the slide, you cheered, "Wow!", and slid down with ease.
I thought that one time would be enough for you, but that was not the case and you went back up the stairs.

After repeating this several times, you gradually got better at climbing the stairs, and I suddenly wondered what kind of expression you had on your face as you climbed the stairs.

Thinking that it would be okay if I got to the beginning of the stairs, I moved away from you and went around to the inside of the slide.
Then I set up my camera within arm's reach.
Taking one step at a time slowly, you popped your head out from between the stairs.

At that moment, I took the picture.

The photo I took was so close that it was almost entirely of the face.
However, the sparkling eyes on her face were so beautiful that it was as if they were reflecting the future that lay ahead.

What does the future hold for you?
I'm really looking forward to it.

ps
When I grow up, will I be embarrassed by this picture of my runny nose?

A gaze that seems a little excited and adventurous. A gaze that seems relieved to have found his mother. This photo makes you feel the child's feelings. It was a little scary, but I also feel Kazuyo's feelings of being recognized for taking a photo of his shining child and how cool he is.
