May's theme: "Dashing"

My daughter's sports day now in the third grade.
A dashing, multi-layered Yosakoi dance.

The theme for May was "Dashing."
The word "dasou" is mainly used to describe a person's attitude, and it means "a person's appearance, attitude, and behavior that is refreshing and courageous," but it also means "something that is refreshing and clean like the wind, and gives a pleasant impression to those who come into contact with it." May is a very pleasant season throughout the year, with beautiful new greenery and a pleasant breeze. I chose "dasou" as a theme that fits this season.
The members of the club sent in photos that captured the "dashing" spirit of the members, such as photos that made you feel the breeze, photos of encouraging children, and photos with a refreshing impression. Among them, this is the one I chose.
I think this is a photo that truly expresses the theme. The child looks fresh and courageous, and is a photo that will encourage anyone who sees it. The multiple layers of movement give the photo an interesting sense of movement, and you can even feel the wind. The multiple layers of movement of the child and the surrounding children draw the eye only to the smiling face of the subject child, making this a wonderful piece of work.
The flowing hair, shining eyes, smiling mouth, and the blurry background. It's as if the photographer is trying his best to keep up with the dynamic movements of the child, to capture every moment of the child, to beg time to stop, and I was moved by the expression that seems to contain the photographer's parental love.
