December theme: "Hope"

The theme of the December photo of the month was "Hope." It was a fitting theme for the end of the year and the beginning of a new year, and we received many photos from the club members. The scenery around the child was so hopeful that it was difficult to choose, but this is the one I chose. As the caption says, the child takes a deep breath and puffs out his cheeks. He pouts his mouth and blows bubbles vigorously, as if they are going to fly high and high. I think this photo conveys what @mugi_fumi felt, just by looking at it. The upward gaze and the bright composition of the gaze give a sense of hope, and the bubbles flying toward the light are also very nice. The radial composition using the fence lines and post covers is also nice. It's also great that it's in monochrome. By removing the color element, the eye is immediately drawn to the child, and the contrast between light and dark makes the bubbles flying into the sky even more impressive.
