Everyday life on weekdays and weekends
After the kids get home from school, I spend time with them again. I finish their homework and assignments before taking them to lessons or playing, and then I do whatever I want. I think my main job is being a mom, so I switch on and off according to the rhythm of my kids.
On weekends and holidays, we play as much as we can. If the children's "work" on weekdays is studying, then on weekends we take a break from that "work," and I also take a break from my own work and enjoy the holidays with my family. And since it's a day off, I also make it a point to rest for the time we spent playing. By doing this, I think that both the children and I will be able to work smoothly from Monday onwards.
I try to reduce my work as much as possible during long holidays such as summer vacation. One of the main reasons I chose to work as a freelancer is that I wanted to live at the same rhythm as my children.
We are currently on summer vacation. We make a schedule, and in the morning, each of us does our homework while I work beside him, and in the afternoon, we spend time discussing what we want to do together. We are aiming for an environment where everyone can feel comfortable doing what they like while being in the same space.
