Special Selection: "Things I Want to Preserve"

Winner of the "Suki" award in the Manazashi Photo Club's third-term photo contest
Tell your children what you love every day.
Recently, if you tell either of them,
One of them will say, "It's me," or "It's yours."
It's not something to compare, but
I think every child wants to be their mom's number one.
So when you're alone, quietly tell her "I love you."
Then they happily return the "like"
That moment is irresistible.

I do it because I want to satisfy them,
I notice that I am being filled.

It's so easy to tell someone how much you love them.
To receive a direct "love" from someone,
This is definitely now or never.
That's why I want to take good care of it.

From her strong hands clinging to her, to her hair blowing in the wind, I could feel her love for me. Her relaxed chin resting on her body like she always does, and her mother's feelings of "this is the only time" make this a beautiful, fleeting photo.
