What are refurbished products?

Balance Lab's 90-day return guarantee allows us to refurbish products that are returned to us, and then resell them at a reasonable price. After thorough cleaning, we grade products that pass our inspection and sell them as A or B grades.

Why are you doing this?

Balance Easy and Balance Synergy are always purchased by many people, and most of them are satisfied with the quality and functionality, but there are some cases where they do not suit them.
We believe that it is better for everyone if we take the item, care for it, and deliver it to someone who is suitable for it, rather than putting the burden on the person to use it.
