[Video] The thoughts of craftsmen as they face manufacturing - Adhesion and molding processes -
This factory glues and molds wood.
Have you ever wondered how the curved legs of the Balance Easy are made? Maybe they are just bent without changing the thickness of the legs? But won't they break if you apply force to them like that? You may have wondered.
In fact, the curved legs of Balance Easy are made by cutting wood into thin boards and joining them together. We apply a special glue to both sides of the boards and then join them together, but rather than simply stacking them, we make sure to fit them together carefully so that the joints of the wood do not overlap.
Then it is pressed by machine into the unique Balance Easy shape, shaped and fixed to prevent it from losing its shape, and then cut out one by one and transported to the next factory.
Not only is it made by machine, but the craftsmen's experience is used to adjust the wood and capture its characteristics. Please watch to see the manufacturing process and the thoughts and struggles of the craftsmen!
