Wooden parts are repaired free of charge within 10 years of purchase of the main unit.
If the wooden parts are damaged due to normal use within the 10-year warranty period after purchasing the main unit, the relevant parts will be sent free of charge. If you are a customer who falls under the above, please enter the “name of the person who ordered the balans Easy and the year of purchase”, “store of purchase”, “serial number on the back of the frame”, and “details of the defect” in the remarks section when placing your order.
We will amend the amount you are charged to 0 yen after you place your order and ship it.

Items No.1~No.6 will be delivered by Sagawa Express. If you are purchasing only small parts, they will be delivered by postal mail.
